What does it cost to post a role?

Posting is €0. No monthly fee, no per-posting charge, no fee to view profiles.

How do I set a fair bounty?

It's up to you. We suggest a range based on annual salary and seniority, but the final number is yours. The fairer it is, the more recruiters will work your role.

What if my candidates are very different from each other?

The AI scores everyone on the same six dimensions (experience, education, cultural fit, career progression, availability and skills), regardless of profile — it adjusts what each dimension means for the specific role.

Who signs the contract with the candidate?

You do. ReclutHub doesn't intervene in the employment contract. We only facilitate the selection process and the decision.

Where is candidate data stored?

On European (EU) servers, GDPR compliant. A candidate's data is only visible to companies the candidate has been sent to, and only during the active process.

What if I need to replace someone after 60 days?

Past day 60 the bounty is released. If the person leaves later, you can post a new role — no penalty, no commitment.

Can I work with a single recruiter in exclusivity?

Not our default model. If you want exclusivity for specific reasons (e.g., high confidentiality), contact us and we'll evaluate.
