We review your prior vertical experience, ask for verified references, and observe your activity during your first placements before giving you access to the full catalog.
When is the bounty considered earned?
The bounty is released when your hired candidate completes 60 days at the company. Until then it stays in escrow within the platform.
Do I work each role exclusively?
Not by default. Each role is accessible to multiple recruiters in the network. The first valid candidates have an advantage, but whoever is hired wins.
How does the payment insurance work?
If the company doesn't pay the bounty after 60 days, our payment insurance pays you up to 80% of the agreed amount. Applies to placements made within the platform.
Can I submit the same candidate to multiple roles?
Yes, with the candidate's consent. You only get paid for the actual placement, on the role where they're hired.
Is there any fee or charge for using the platform?
No. No monthly fees, no per-candidate charges, no onboarding costs.
What if the candidate leaves before 60 days?
The bounty isn't released yet. If the company decides to reopen the role, you have priority to take it back.
